Each year, the Harry S. Truman Little White House welcomes guests for a series of special events during Presidential Families Weekend. These festivities offer a fascinating glimpse into presidential history and a chance to connect with the legacies of those who have led the nation. From happy hour with a historical twist to discussions with presidential descendants, there is lots to do that will keep you engaged and entertained!
The festivities kick off on Thursday, February 13th, with "Happy Hour at Harry's." Grab a ticket to enjoy drinks and light hors d’oeuvres on the grounds of the Truman Little White House.

The iconic Presidential Families Weekend Forum will take place on Saturday, February 15th. During this forum, "descendants with a direct lineage to one or more of the 46 U.S. presidents will share stories and historical perspectives on how their relatives used the power of the presidency to influence the U.S. Government."
You can catch a performance of the one-man play "Give 'Em Hell, Harry!" on Sunday, February 16th or Monday, February 17th. The play brings the former president to life, showcasing his wit, his struggles, and his unwavering commitment to his principles.
No Presidents' Day celebration is complete without a good old-fashioned cookout, and the Truman Little White House is keeping with tradition. On Monday, February 17th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., a President's Day cookout will take place on the grounds. Picnic-style food will be available for purchase.
