Founded in 1847, the Key West Cemetery is the final resting place for an estimated 75,000 individuals. Its diverse plots reflect the cultural tapestry of Key West, with dedicated sections for Catholics, Jewish communities, and even a memorial for heroes of the Cuban Revolution.

The HFKF offers insightful walking tours twice a week, led by knowledgeable staff. These tours not only educate visitors about the cemetery's history and notable residents, but also raise crucial funds for its ongoing preservation.
